The fees and services are customized to fit the needs of my clients. I do coaching by phone, online via e-mail and in person. While a specific time period is not mandatory, the coaching relationship can last from 1 to 4 months or more if additional support is desired. Many clients feel prepared to sustain their positive results after 3 months of coaching.

Monthly packages start at $300/month for 3-4 sessions lasting up to 45 minutes. The price includes emails and quick phone support if needed between sessions.

I have clients who want face to face visits, sometimes in their home or place of business, and/or clients who want longer sessions including 2 or 3 hour sessions. The goal is to create a relaxed atmosphere and unintimidating environment where we, as coach and client, can develop the strategy and action plan needed to bring about your true authentic Self. I am happy to give you a quote by phone.
