Although I have over fifteen years experience as a life coach, it was only with the last few years that the term came into vogue. I have served as a leader, counselor, and mentor to many young women, encouraging them to develop and act on their ideas, and helping them develop successful action plans to reach their goals. I bring resources, new perspectives, and personally creative ideas to help my clients think beyond the usual and ordinary solutions in life.
Education and staying on the cutting edge is very important to me; therefore, I have received my Life Coaching Certificate from the Coach Training Alliance, and am a current member of Houston Coaches, both being leading International Federation of Coaches accredited affiliates. I hold a BS degree from Oregon State University in Sociology, where my interest in people and human interaction began. I reside in Sugar Land, Texas, with my four children, Gabriella -16, DJ -14, Jalen -11, and Symone -10. As you can imagine, I am the benefactor of many swim meets, soccer games, and observe enough baseball, basketball, and football that I could host my own show on ESPN.
Some areas of specialty:
I believe a great plan utilizes our combined strengths and unique personal abilities, but it embodies the power and inspiration of your ideas. If careful attention is paid, and patience exercised, the plan will draw out the best in you and open up your world to new possibilities.
